Decisions Requiring Follow-Up

• SPEAKER_00: Previously, SPEAKER_00 would “back into a date” for projects (setting a release date far in advance and working backward).
  • Decision: This approach is no longer used. Now, SPEAKER_00 will “back into projects that I love doing” and start from there.
• SPEAKER_00: Previously, SPEAKER_00’s career focus was on audience first, looking for four-quadrant capability.
  • Decision: This has evolved. The new focus is on projects that are “for me,” meaning projects that SPEAKER_00 loves and wants to do, regardless of broad audience appeal.
• SPEAKER_00: Previously, SPEAKER_00 preferred not to explore emotional “sludge” in movies.
  • Decision: This has changed. SPEAKER_00 is now “diving into the sludge” and finds it “interesting” and a “convergence” of opportunities to express themselves and explore life’s challenges on screen.
