Transcription / Speech to text
What do I get as a result of the transcription?
You will receive from us files in CSV, SRT and TXT format with the time stamped speech (and versions without timestamps) and its transcription. Our transcription is prepared automatically and we do not verify the processed files. There may be differences between speech and text. Nevertheless, our model is currently one of the best on the market. If you found an error, share it with us at hello@transcriptmate.com It will help us build an even better transcription model.
How soon will I get the transcription result?
You will receive the result in up to two hours. The file will be sent to your email address. If you have not received a message with the file check your spam box. If you still don't have your file despite checking the mailbox, write to us at: hello@transcriptmate.com
Do you do speaker diarization (division into speakers in the recording)?
No, in the basic version this service is not available. If you are interested in transcription with diarization write to hello@transcriptmate.com
Payment
How to pay for a transcription?
You will pay for the transcription through Stripe. After filling out the form, you will be redirected to the Stripe page where you can enter your payment details. Apple / Google Pay or credit card payments are available.
How do I get an invoice?
On the Stripe payment page, select the 'Buy as a company' checkbox and enter your company name and tax identification number (NIP). You will receive an invoice to the provided email address immediately after payment.
I want to submit more files for transcription, what should I do?
Write to us at hello@transcriptmate.com and we will prepare a customized quote for you.
Security
Are my files safe?
Yes, your file is stored on an encrypted HTTPS server. It will be deleted as soon as we perform the transcription.
Who will have access to my file?
Transcriptmate.com was created by Hinter sp. z o.o. We do not use third-party tools when processing files. Only our software and possibly a company employee can access your file.
